Killing floor server not showing up in browser.

Help setting up kf2 server not showing up in browser so i ve tried probably a dozen times to get a real live server up and running. Killing floor 2 server won t show up on the server browser. How can i join my own dedicated server and why is it not showing up on the server browser those are my questions. This will bring up a command prompt.

Heres the issue ive changed my net provider and i got a new router arris ive done all the port forwarding and stuff even activated dmz facts.
